You can’t move forward in life if you’re stuck in the mind fuck of wishing you started sooner, wishing you didn’t do xyz or upset thinking you should be father along by now. These are just a few examples but trust me there are MANY!

One of the first things I coach my clients through is acceptance of your current state. You can’t fight reality and expect to win! Meet yourself with self compassion & you will find much more mental energy & clarity to move forward. Step out of your victim mentality in wishing that you were anywhere but here right now or that things should be different.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be & what is for you will not pass you.
