Self-sabotage: behaviors that create problems in our life and interferes with long-standing goals. Besides emotional eating the biggest self sabotage behavior I see from women I help is unconscious negative self talk. ⁣

Cultivating self love & a positive mindset about yourself all starts with overcoming all the negative beliefs & thoughts you have on a daily basis. ⁣

You don’t realize it but you are constantly thinking and talking to yourself in your head. When those thoughts aren’t managed correctly you can let a whole bunch of negative crap crowd your mind like:⁣
-If I don’t control myself I’ll get fat ⁣
-I’ve let my [reverse] diet fall apart ⁣
-I’m not good enough⁣
