I'm a results-oriented coach. From coaching on weight loss, to competitions to now personal development & goals, RESULTS is what we’re going for. I'm excited to walk you through how to use your MINDSET to get these results you want.

The Thought Model

I’ve talked about the thought model before, but this goes into it more in depth. The thought model is as follows: circumstances define your thoughts which define your feelings which define your actions which define your results. Actions are always preceded by feelings. Thoughts you don’t believe (ie: positive affirmations) are useless if they're not producing the right feelings. If you’re feeling insecurity, self doubt, and frustration you want to work through why you’re feeling that way- journaling is my best tool for figuring out my feelings. Once you know where your current thought model is, you can create a new thought model.

Goal Setting

Once you have your feelings sorted out, you can use those to propel you towards your goals. There is a right way to choose goals. Goals should pull you towards your vision, not push you. You want your goals to be aligned with your feelings. This is why meal plans usually don’t work or challenges, because they only focus on their action, instead of working on the feelings associated with the action you want. Once you have those goals, you need to have systems in place to help you be successful.

System to Check-In With Yourself

I have a few different systems to check in with yourself and your goals. I do these yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly. For the year, I make 3 goals around professional, personal, financial pillars. Then, quarterly, I do 90 day sprints and rewrite goals to remind yourself of where you’re planning to go. Each month, I write out the actions to get to that 1 goal around each pillar- professional, personal, and financial. Finally, each week during my CEO Sunday, I evaluate how things are going and what I need to do to get things done. This is my system. You need to figure out what works for you.

If you’re not getting results, it’s time to shift.
